Yes. Our treatments are designed for both women and men. For face or body treatments, we recommend shaving the night before rather than the day of your appointment.

Most of our treatments are non-invasive with minimal to no downtime. Recovery varies by treatment, and your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions.

After a consultation and evaluation, your provider determines whether a GLP-1 program is appropriate and builds a personalized plan, which may also include nutritional guidance and body treatments. Eligibility is determined individually.

We accept major credit and debit cards and Zelle, and we offer flexible payment plans through Cherry. Payment is due at the time of service.

No. Radiant Lab is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Flexible payment plans can make treatment more accessible.

Yes. Through Cherry, you can split treatment costs into smaller payments over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, subject to approval. Checking your options won't affect your credit score.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment, and it is applied toward the cost of your treatment.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, incur a $100 fee charged to the card on file.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. On arrival, we kindly ask you to wait in your vehicle or outside until we text or call to let you know we're ready. For Sofwave™, arrive 90 minutes early so numbing cream can take effect.

Arrive with skin free of makeup, skincare, lotion and sunscreen. For consultations, bring the skincare products you currently use, and tell us in advance about any allergies or sensitivities.
